Donald J. Dreps

Donald J. Dreps, D.D.S. age 59 of Swanton, OH passed away peacefully with family by his side on Easter Sunday April 4, 2010 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Don was born in Columbus, OH on February 18, 1951 to Aloysius and Louise Eble Dreps. A dentist for 20 years he is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a DDS degree and the University of Toledo with a bachelor degree in economics. Don had fond memories of the people he worked with for 10 years at The Andersons of Maumee. He was a member of the American Dental Association and the Toledo Dental Society. Don practiced dentistry at his Holland, OH office. He was very passionate and optimistic about life. He enjoyed snowmobiling, RVing, sailboating, playing board games, traveling and most of all taking care of his patients. A loving husband, son and brother, he will be missed by all who knew him. Don is survived by his loving wife, Christine L. Metzger Dreps ; father, Aloysius Marija; Sisters, Susan Michael Duket, Carol James Elter; brothers, Robert Terri and Douglas Robin Dreps and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise and sister, Diane Dreps. A memorial service will be held on Saturday April 17, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo.
