Donald "Don" Walter Lemmon

Donald “Don” Walter Lemmon, age 87, of Oak Harbor, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022 at Hospice of Cincinnati Blue Ash. He was born in Sandusky, Ohio on December 20, 1934 to James and Dorothy (Radde) Lemmon. Don worked as a lead operator RBT at Brush Wellman and retired in 1997. In retirement, Don and his wife, Reva, moved to the Villages in Lady Lake, Florida, where he enjoyed many hobbies and friendships. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Oak Harbor and Fremont, Hope Lutheran Church in Lady Lakes, Florida, Ascension Lutheran Church in Cincinnati, Ohio and the Oak Harbor Lions Club.

Don is survived by his sons, Paul (Sharon) of San Antonio, Texas, Ted (Christine) of Milford, Ohio, Gary of Oak Harbor, Ohio and Tim Lemmon (Annette) of Canton, Michigan; grandchildren, Jennifer Lemmon Meltzer, Benjamin Lemmon, Gregory Lemmon, Daniel Lemmon, Joanae Smilax Greenawalt, Steven Lemmon, Kayla Lemmon Chambers, Valerie Lemmon, Amy Lemmon, Courtney Lemmon Herbert and 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Reva; granddaughter, Katherine Lemmon; his parents and stepmother Irene Taylor. Don preceded his brother, Leroy Lemmon, who passed away later on the same day.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 pm on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home, 165 East Water Street, Oak Harbor, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 10, 2022 in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery, Clyde, Ohio.
