Don R. Deweese

Don Richard DeWeese, age 74 of Rossford, Ohio passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at his home surround by his loving family. He was born on June 2nd, 1945 in Danville, Illinois to Don and Cora (Freed) DeWeese. Surviving is his wife, Kathleen DeWeese of 53 years; son, Dale (Carrie) DeWeese; daughter, Nicole DeWeese; grandchildren, Cameron DeWeese, Samantha Witty and Nicole Sheehan; great-grandchildren, Weston and Keira Witty; brother, Larry (Lyn) DeWeese; sister, Donna (Gary) Cox; brother in laws, Michael (Carol Ann) Courson, David (Sandy) Courson and Larry (Joan) Courson. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and his beloved dog ”Cokie”. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ron DeWeese. Also, Walter and Josephine Courson and brother in law, Ben Courson. Throughout his life Don enjoyed spending time with family, taking vacations, going to casino’s, driving corvette’s, metal detecting, and woodworking. In accordance with Don’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place on March 21, 2020 at the Rossford Recreation Center, 400 Dixie Hwy, Rossford Ohio, 43460.
