Dolores Lee Baum

Dolores B. “Lee” Baum, 88, of Walbridge, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Lee was born on June 7, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois to Walter and Frances (Novicki) Rutkowski. She married her beloved husband, Valloyd “Bus” Baum in Toledo, Ohio on February 22, 1948 and he preceded her in death. Lee was a homemaker, a member of the Walbridge VFW # 9963 Ladies Auxiliary, past member of St. Jerome Catholic Church and was a current member and past President of the Rossford Eagles #2322. Left to cherish her memory are her niece, Beth Baum; nephews, Dave (Pam) Baum and Ken (Nancy) Baum; great-nieces, Krystle Baum, Sarah (Justin) Liedel, Jennifer Baum, and Angela (Josh) Montague; and many great-great nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 in the Witzler- Shank Funeral Home, 701 N. Main St. Walbridge, Ohio (419-666-3121) from 11:00AM. until the time of services at 1:00 PM. Burial will take place in Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
