Dion Francis Oshea

Dion F. OShea, age 56, of Toledo, OH peacefully passed away at Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania surrounded by family on August 25, 2016. Dion was born December 1, 1959 to Francis and Marian OShea. He served his country as an Army Ranger in the 82nd Airborne Division. Following his discharge, he joined the postal service. Dion was active in his faith and served as a Sacristan/Altar server at the Visitation Monastery. Dion was preceded in death by his father, Francis. He is survived by his mother, Marian; siblings, Judith Koester (Mark), Terrence (Pamela), Brian (Michelle), Patrick (Caroline), Jeanine Morgan, and Sharon Stout (Chip); and many nieces and nephews. Dion served God, country, and family to the fullest. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 28, 2016 from 2-5:00pm concluding with recitation of the Rosary at 5:00pm at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd). There will also be visitation on Monday from 9:00am until the time of service at 10:00am at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 2240 Castlewood Dr. Toledo, OH 43613. Burial will be at St. Josephs Irish Hills Shrine in Brooklyn, Michigan.
