Diane Lynn Weinrich, 68, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
Born on October 25, 1957, in Toledo, Ohio, Diane was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. She dedicated much of her career to Metal Forming & Coining Corp., where she worked in office administration and human resources for many years.
Diane shared 46 loving years of marriage with her husband, Thomas, building a life centered on family, devotion, and caring for others.
Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends. Diane especially cherished her grandchildren and treasured every opportunity to create lasting memories with them. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and shopping, and found happiness in life's simple pleasures. Whether planning a trip, enjoying a good book, searching for the perfect gift, or relaxing with a cup of hot chocolate and peanut butter toast, Diane embraced each day with gratitude and joy.
Diane will be remembered for her warm and welcoming spirit. Thoughtful and generous, she had a special gift for making others feel comfortable, valued, and loved. She was known as an exceptional gift giver who found genuine joy in bringing happiness to others. Always putting the needs of those around her before her own, Diane touched countless lives through her kindness, compassion, and unwavering care for family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Czerniak.
Diane is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Weinrich; children, Michael (Salina) Weinrich, Matthew (Marla) Weinrich, and Angela (BJ) Grieve; cherished grandchildren, Lydia, Hannah, Molly, Hattie, Tommy, and Morgan; mother, Dolores Czerniak; siblings, Steve (Cindy) Czerniak, Linda (Paul) Hamel, and Karen (John) Glover; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Avenue, Toledo, Ohio. Private services and entombment will take place at Toledo Memorial Park.
Diane's family will forever cherish the love, kindness, and generosity she shared so freely throughout her life. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Victory Center, or to The American Brain Tumor Association.
