Diana Swartz

Diana Jean Swartz, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at Hospice on July 25, 2023, in Toledo, Ohio, at the age of 60. She was born on July 26 in Oregon, Ohio, to parents Jeanette and Donald Swartz.

Diana is survived by her children: Tiffanny (Eric) Adams, Courtney (Joe) Woody, and Peter Martinez. She leaves behind grandchildren: Joey (Felicity), Jimmy (Tori), Jacob, Anthony, Jesalynn, Amelia, Amira, Greyson, and Peter, as well as two great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Emmy Jo. Diana is also survived by her sisters Debra Zuchowski and Tracy (Derek) Gribble, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Donald Jr; brother-in-law, Robert Zuchowski; grand-parents, Lawrence and Cecil Swartz, Stephen and Mary Koles,

Diana found strength in her faith and lived life with a spirit of generosity. She was proud of obtaining an accounting certificate, was known for her culinary skills, and green thumb. However, her greatest joy was found in time spent with her grandchildren.

The funeral to celebrate Diana’s life will be held on Monday, July 31 with visitation from 3:00-6:00, followed by a service. Friends and family are invited to attend Walker Funeral Home-Oregon Chapel on Navarre Ave and pay their final respects. Memorial donations in Diana’s name may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or to her family for final expenses.

Diana Jean Swartz will be missed and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
