Dennis G. Pauken

Dennis G. Pauken, age 58, of Portage, Ohio passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 at Wood County Hospital, Bowling Green, Ohio. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 14, 1959 to Joseph and Margaret (Harrigan) Pauken. Dennis worked as a multi-site manager for BP and also was an instructor at Owens Community College. He was an avid Indianapolis Colts and Boston Red Sox fan and enjoyed fishing, woodworking and riding his motorcycle. He was a former trustee for the Bowling Green Eagles and a member of the Maumee Democratic Party. Dennis is survived by wife, Elaine; children, Joshua and Erika; siblings, Michael (Vickie), Stephen (Margaret), David (Christine), Jeff (Linda), Timothy (Karen), Mark (Amy ), sister, Judith (Steve) Holmes; brothers-in-law, James (Becky), Don( Penny) and Allen (Sheila); sister-in-law, Teresa (Gary) and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio. The funeral mass will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Maumee, Ohio. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Maumee. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation or the Wood County Humane Society.
