Dennis James "Dennie" Brentlinger

Dennis James “Dennie” Brentlinger age 76 of Toledo passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021, at McLaren St. Luke’s Hospital. Dennie was born in Toledo on June 24, 1945, to Bob and Sue (Henry) Brentlinger. Dennie was a retired truck driver for Ace Hardware and Estes. He enjoyed spending time with his family, his dogs and meditating with the Lord. He had a passion for hotrods, birds, and the outdoors. Dennie was a proud member of AA for 48 years. He will be remembered for his love of his family and his willingness to always help others. Surviving are his daughters, Julie (Tim) Montion, Rachel (Chris) Styer and Kim (Mark) Bezilla; grandchildren, Jacob and Paige Busson; Gavin, Lilly and Silas Styer; Jessica and Derek Belkofer, Caeli Nortz, Cooper Forwerk, Ashley Salamanca, Bradley Montion and Phillip Montion; siblings, Jack, Judy, Toby (Deb) and Lissa (Terry); special friend, Kathy Brentlinger and her family. Also surviving are his 2 canine companions, Boots and Barkley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sons, Eric and Brian; brother, Robin and sister, Linda.
