Denise L. Jones

Denise L. Garcia Jones, age 48 of Toledo, Ohio died Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born September 4, 1963 in Toledo, Ohio to William E. and Wilma Jean (Jones) Carroll. Denise worked as a Machine Operator for the Toledo Blade before Managing VFW Post #3338 and in her spare time she enjoyed playing bingo and bunco. She is survived by her children, Anthony G. Garcia, Nicholas S. Garcia and Anissa L. Garcia; grandchildren, Mireya, Megan, Anthony David and Arianna Garcia; mother, Wilma J. Carroll; father, William E. Carroll; brothers, Larry D. (JoAnn), Alan B. (Jeanne) and Steven J. (Kathleen) Carroll; sister, Gwendolyn F. Carroll; special friend, Connie Peters as well as many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Family and friends will be received on Monday, February 13, 2012 from 2-8 p.m. in Neville Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 7438 Airport Highway in Holland (419-865-8879). Private funeral services will follow at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Denise’s name to the family.
