Delma F. Liljequist

Delma F. Sharp Liljequist, age 87 of Temperance, MI passed away Sunday, April 23, 2017 in her home surrounded by her family. She was born January 9, 1930 in Toledo to Albert and Rose (Briancesco) Frontine. A 1948 graduate of Scott High School she worked in the accounting department of the Jeep Corporation for 36 years, retiring in 1989. Delma was a strong woman of God who lived her faith. She was a member of Whiteford Wesleyan Church. She enjoyed traveling, needle work and basket weaving but especially enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband Robert M. Sharp; son Robert C. Sharp; and 3 siblings. Surviving is her husband Earl Liljequist; daughters Suzanne (Stephen) Gill and Sharon (Robert) Brighton; daughter-in-law Kathie Sharp-Polhe; grandchildren Laura (Chad) Berkey, Amy (Keith) South, Rebecca (Tim) Morehart, Christina (Joe) Larkins, Ashley (Sean) Hotchkiss and Robert (Katherine Lucarelli) Sharp; and great-grandchildren Wyatt, Eli, Boone, Madeline, Nickolai, Kaine, Zandon, Mya, Zadie, Saylor, Kayden and Charlotte. Friends may visit the family at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey) on Wednesday, April 26 after 11 AM where funeral services will follow at 2 PM.
