Debra Gene Meyer

Debra G. Meyer, 57, passed away at home on October 13, 2026. She was born on October 27, 1968, in Toledo, Ohio, to Rick and Patti Erdmann. On April 27, 1990, she married Jeff Meyer, with whom she shared a life centered on family.

Family was most important to Debra. She treasured quality time spent together, especially gathering around the table to play cards and games. She cherished her grandchildren and the time she shared with them.

Debra had a great sense of humor and enjoyed playing pool, participating in a pool league, and playing darts. She also enjoyed trying her luck at slot machines and traveling, especially taking cruises and visiting her dad in Florida. Through many surgeries and her battle with cancer, Debra showed remarkable courage, toughness, and determination.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents and cousins. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jeff; sons, Brandon (Caitlin) Fidell and Dan (Dannielle) Meyer; daughter, Jessica Meyer; parents, Rick (Joan) Erdmann and Patti Erdmann; brother, Keith (Chris) Erdmann; and beloved grandchildren, Abby, Hannah, Nicole, Alex, Zoe, Preston, and Amara.

A celebration of Debra's life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the ALS Association.
