Deborah Comstock

Deborah L Comstock from Port Clinton Ohio went to meet her Lord and Savior on Thursday January 14, 2021 at St Vincent Mercy Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. She was born on July 22, 1955 in Marion Ohio, the daughter of the late Harold Edmonds and Alice (Toombs) Edmonds. On August 18, 1981 she married Rev Jimmy C Comstock the love of her life. And spent the next 39 years together in ministry. Deb worked numerous jobs over the years, including Davis Besse Nuclear Plant, Oak Harbor and Warner Mechanical in Fremont Ohio. But her favorite job was being a Pastors wife, mother and grandmother. She was not only a member of Faith Family Worship Center, Port Clinton, but the Pastors wife, Music Director, Piano player, Teacher and any other job where she was needed. She enjoyed making flower arrangements, working with her flowers she planted outside and making baby afghans for all her children, grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She loved spending time with her family and traveling to any destination the car would take us. And holding her new granddaughter Violet. Survivors include: her husband Rev Jimmy Comstock, Port Clinton, Son, Jimmy (Samantha) Comstock II of Ottawa Lake, Michigan, Daughter, Michelle (Kevin) Turner of Iberia, Ohio, Grandchildren, Kevin Jr, Ciara, Addie, Violet, Mother Alice Edmonds,, Port Clinton, Sister, Rhonda (Dave) Atkinson, Port Clinton, Brother, Robert (Judy) Edmonds, North Lewisburg Ohio, Sister, Joette (Marvin) Hill, Marion Ohio, brother, Ralph Edmonds, Port Clinton. Numerous nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her father, Harold Edmonds, Son, Rusty Comstock, Granddaughter, Aubrey Hobson, Nephew, Bobby Potts Visitation will be 3-5pm, Tuesday the 19th at Gerner-Wolf – Walker Funeral Home, 216 Washington Street, Port Clinton, with a memorial service to be conducted later this year.
