Debbie Tucholski, age 60, ascended to meet her Savior on June 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family and friends.
Born on Coronado Island, California, Debbie spent her childhood growing up in Toledo, Ohio, where she developed the strong family values, compassion, and caring spirit that would define her life.
Debbie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Family meant everything to her, and she found her greatest joy in spending time with those she loved. She is survived by her loving husband, Eric Moise; her children, Shawn (Autumn), Halle (Tyler), Amber, and Eric (Kylee); her stepmother, Carol (Duke); her siblings, Kelly, Kristin, Matt (Kim), Amanda (Patrick), and Marion; her many beloved grandchildren; and numerous extended family members and dear friends who will cherish her memory forever.
She was preceded in death by her father, Marion; her mother, Kathryn; her father-in-law, Ray; and her mother-in-law, Elaine.
Throughout her career, Debbie dedicated herself to serving others. She worked at Toledo Clinic before joining OTFA in 2013. In 2015, she began working at Waller Home, where she found her true calling helping at-risk youth. The residents and staff became like family to her, and she poured her heart into supporting and encouraging those in her care. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication made a lasting impact on countless lives.
Deb found happiness in life's simple pleasures. She loved all kinds of food and especially enjoyed going out to restaurants with Eric or meeting her sisters and children for lunch. These moments of laughter, conversation, and togetherness brought her immense joy. She also enjoyed trips to the casino, where she shared many fun and memorable times with family and friends.
Anyone who knew Debbie knew she had a wonderfully silly side. She had a special gift for making people laugh, brightening a room with her sense of humor, and bringing smiles to those around her. Along with her laughter came an extraordinary ability to make people feel seen, valued, and loved.
Debbie lived her faith through her actions. Her warmth, generosity, and caring heart left a profound impression on everyone she met. Whether through her work, her friendships, or her devotion to family, she touched countless lives with kindness, compassion, and love.
Though her absence leaves an immeasurable void, her legacy of love, service, faith, laughter, and family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Debbie was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by many, but her memory will remain a blessing to all whose lives she touched.
