Davy “Chip” R. Black, Jr., 32, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 27, 1979 to Davy R. and Debra A. (Schultz) Black, Sr. and received his GED thru Start High School. Chip served our country in the U.S. Army and for over ten years worked as a salesman travelling and selling timeshares. Chip was an avid fisherman. He is survived by his loving mother, Debra A. Zeunen; children, Austin and his mom Amanda Swan, Hailee and Logan Black and their mom, Michelle Black; siblings, Jennifer Eddinger, Jay Zeunen, Jr., Carla Zeunen-Torres, Chadrick Pool, Lisa and Mellissa Black, and Angela Moore; grandparents, Jerry and Carol Dutridge and Ronald and Kathy Schultz; along with many dear nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Chip was preceded in death by his dad, Jay Zeunen, Sr. Friends will be received from 3-8:30 P.M. on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) where funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 with Pastor Samuel Suman officiating. Burial will follow in Toledo Memorial Park. Memorials may be made directly to Chip’s mom, Debra to help cover funeral expenses.
