David P. Swogger, 44, of Toledo, passed away Friday, May 18, 2018. He was born February 16, 1974 in Toledo, Ohio. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, David and Jean Swogger; children, Lyda Cowman and Anna Swogger; sister, Jeanie Beamer; foster sisters, Anjelica Jaso and Gabriella Smith. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were entrusted to Witzler-Shank Perrysburg (419-874-3133).
