David Peters

David Big Dave Peters, 57, of Oak Harbor, died Friday, March 27, 2015 at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky.  He was born on August 25, 1957 in Port Clinton, OH to Roger L. Peters and Carol (Everson) Peters.  On 10-10-01 at 10:10am in Genoa, OH he married Kathleen (Harris) Peters and she preceded him in death on July, 31, 2013. Dave owned and operated Daves Plumbing and Heating for more than 25 years.  His family remembers him as kind, patient, friendly and helpful to everyone.  He especially loved his grandchildren who called him Big Dave. Dave is survived by his loving family: his parents; children: Drew (Heather) Kruse, Mikki (Mike) Angles, David (Carrie) Kruse, Jenny (Doug Wilcox) Peters, Eddie (Melanie) Taylor, Cindy (Jonathan)Kurtz, Kristina (Adam) Swiger & Josh Peters; 17 grandchildren; and brother: Dan Peters. Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor, Funeral services will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2015 at St John Ev.
