David John Angyal

David J. Angyal, 54, of Catawba Island, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Promedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. He was born on June 6, 1966 in Garfield Heights, Ohio, the son of John and Joyce (Wimsett) Angyal. David owned and operated Lake Generator Services in Port Clinton for the last 5 years. He was a dedicated Volunteer Fireman for the Catawba Island Volunteer Fire Department for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed life on Lake Erie, boating, and visiting the islands. Survivors include his loving wife, Arlene; daughter, Sandy (Robert) Airhart; grandchildren, Robbie and Juliet; sister, Pam (Frank) Williams; and nephew, Andrew Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents. Per David’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services at this time.
