Daniel Wayne Zimmerman, Sr.

Daniel Wayne Zimmerman, Sr., 71, of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2019 at his residence. He was born on March 22, 1948 in Butler, Pennsylvania, the son of Benjamin and Patricia (Fallon). On March 3, 1989 he married Sandra Bunker and she preceded him in death. He was a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing, watching sports and westerns, and loved his country and his family. Those left to cherish his memory are his children: Jeanie Bunker, Benjamin Bunker, and Daniel (Rachelle) Zimmerman, Jr.; mother: Patricia and sister: Vivian. He was preceded in death by his father and his wife. A Memorial Service is being planned for a later date. Memorial contributions may be given in care of the family.
