Daniel Stephen Falls

June 30, 1955 — May 12, 2026

Daniel Stephen Falls, 70, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away on May 12, 2026. He was born on June 30, 1955, in Toledo, Ohio.

Dan married the love of his life, Lynne Ruebush, in February 1987, and together they built a life centered on family, laughter, and unwavering support. Known affectionately by many as "Steely" and "The Mayor," Dan's outgoing and inviting personality left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Dan was a dedicated Bowsher Football Rebel His love for sports stayed with him throughout his life-he was an avid fan of Ohio State, the Cleveland Browns, and the Los Angeles Dodgers. He also gave back to his community through his role as President of Junior Jackets Basketball.

Dan worked for 7-Up for many years as a technician. Outside of work, he was a member of the Bogey Busters Golf League and proudly celebrated one of golf's greatest achievements-a hole-in-one. He loved spending time outdoors, tinkering in his workshop, listening to Polka Party on Sunday mornings and frequenting his favorite spot, Loma Linda's Mexican Restaurant.

Above all, Dan was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He supported his family wholeheartedly in sports and in life, always putting their needs first and prioritizing his wife's peace of mind above his own interests. His sense of humor, warmth, and steady presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his mother, Barb; his cherished wife, Lynne Falls; his sons, Allen (Kayla) and Nolan; and his beloved grandchildren, Harper and Meredith. He is also survived by his brothers, Ken (Jill), Kevin (Amber), Jeff (Barb), and Jimmy; his sisters, Margie (Doug), Chris (Tom), Janice (Trent), Jackie, and Jenny; his in-laws, Cheryl (John) and Lizzie (Tony); and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wesley and Delphine Falls.
