Dan E. Widmer

Dan E. Widmer, 65, of Perrysburg passed away at St. Lukes Hospital on Friday November 12, 2010. Dan was born August 16, 1945 in Toledo to Alvin and Mabel Wilka Widmer, and raised in Genoa, OH. Dan worked as a designer/project engineer for 25 years for various companies. He was recently proud of his Medicare Red-White-N-Blue card. He survived by domestic-partner Anita Widmer and sons Scott, Troy, and Evan Widmer. Dan also enjoyed his four grandchildren. Dan was preceded in death by his parents, and first wife Shirley Geldine-Widmer. Visitation for Dan will be from 1:30p.m.-3:00p.m. at the Clay Township Cemetery on Tuesday November 16, 2010. Additional family gathering will be from 3:00-5:00p.m. at the St. John United Church of Christ in Genoa, OH. Arrangements are being handled by the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, Genoa, OH.
