Dale Sattler

Sattler Dale E. Dale E. Sattler, age 64, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2009 after a brief history of heart disease. The son of Howard and Mildred Sattler, he was born on March 23, 1945. Dale graduated from St. Francis de Sales High School and the University of Toledo. He served in the Vietnam War with the U.S. Army infantry. He worked for the family owned business, the Cornell Supply Co., from 1972 until his retirement in 2005. Preceding Dale in death was his father, Howard Sattler. He is survived by his mother, Mildred Sattler; sister, Carole Frank Ryan; brothers, Gary Fran, Loren Linda, and Lynn Kathy Sattler. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may visit at the Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd. on Sunday, March 29 from 4-6:00pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 30 at 11:00am at Corpus Christi University Parish, 2955 Dorr St. Toledo, OH with Father James Bacik officiating. Private interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Because of Dales love for his nieces and nephews, memorial gifts may be made to the Toledo Childrens Hospital Foundation, 2142 N.
