Daisy P Baker

Daisy Pearl Baker age 86 of Maumee, OH passed away on Wednesday September 5, 2012 at Lutheran Village at Wolf Creek. Daisy was born in Toledo on February 28, 1926 to Eugene W. and Bessie L. Weidman Taylor. She was employed at the Burroughs Corporation/Unisys for 17 years retiring in 1986. Daisy was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Maumee and the Maumee Senior Center. She often volunteered at various events in Maumee. She is survived by her children, Terry Katy Baker, Cheryl Gary Frail, Kathy Michael Laehr, Trudy Peter Salerno and Bruce Jeanne Baker. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Daisy was preceded in death by her husband, Peach Baker; grandson, Nicholas Salerno; brother, Eugene Taylor and a sister, Bonita Lyman.
