Cynthia Warner

Cynthia Ann Warner, age 46, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2009 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. Cindy was born April 9, 1963 in Toledo, OH to Donald and Dolores Warner. She was loved dearly by her family and friends and will be remembered and missed by all who knew her. In addition to her parents, Cindy is survived by her sisters, Christine Warner and Katherine James Repp; and nieces, Ashley, Jessica, and Karlie Repp. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Arlene Anderson and Alfred and Irene Warner. Cindys family would like to thank the nurses and staff of St. Lukes Hospital and Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo Unit. Visitation will be held on Monday from 3-8:00pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd. where funeral services will begin with prayers at 10:30am on Tuesday followed by the Mass of the Resurrection at 11:00am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Anne Grady Center, 1525 S. Eber Rd. Holland, OH 43528 or to the charity of the donors choice.
