Cynthia Goodman

Cynthia Margaret Goodman, age 74, of Maumee, Ohio passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020. She was born on May 10, 1946 to Alex and Lilian (Rommelfanger) Greenwald in Cleveland, Ohio. Cynthia graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, later obtaining her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Toledo. After serving in roles at the University of Toledo Division of Continuing Education and Toledo Hospital, Cynthia established a well-regarded organizational development and team-building consultancy, with clients throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeastern Michigan, particularly in children’s health and adult services. She was engaged in current and public affairs, and enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with friends and family. While successful in her own right, Cynthia was particularly focused throughout her life on the lives of her husband, two sons and four grandchildren. Cynthia is survived by her husband, James Hunter Goodman; sons, Timothy Hunter (Stacy) and James Alexander (Sarah); grandchildren, Abigail, Ava, Greta, and Hattie. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Sandra and Randy. Family and Friends will be received on Thursday, August 6, 2020 from 4-8 P.M. at Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant St., Maumee. Funeral Mass will held on Friday, August 7, 2020 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 104 W. Broadway St., Maumee. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
