Constance Estelle Connie Dukeshire

Constance Dukeshire, affectionately known as Connie was welcomed back to Heaven on May 20, 2017. Connie was born to parents Nick and Ruth Kimpon on October 14, 1953 and was raised in the Point Place and Shoreland area alongside her siblings, Kathy, Nikki, and Kenny. On May 7, 1983 she married James Dukeshire and together they raised their two children Ashley and Jimmy in their country home where she lived out the rest of her days. Connie was a woman of many talents and that was evident in everything she did. From her delicious home-cooked meals, to her lush and beautiful gardens, to her immaculately kept home, and her unique sense of humor, it was obvious she did it all with love. No words can possibly begin to describe the love, caring and friendship she brought into her home and to so many people. She was a friend and mother to anyone and everyone who needed it and made them feel welcome no matter who they were. Connie will forever be missed. She is survived by her husband, Jim; daughters, Sherry Sabin and Ashley Dukeshire; her son, Jimmy D; sister, Nikki (Ray) FIlas; brother, Kenneth (Robin) Kimpon; brother-in-law, Bill Endsley; nieces Aimee (Mark) Simpkins and Kendra (John) McNulty; nephews Nick (Holly) Kimpon and Nate (Krista) Endsley; her grandchildren, great grandchildren and a special grandson she was looking forward to meeting in July. She was proceeded in death by her parents, her sister and best friend Kathy Endsley and her nephew, Jason Endsley. Her family and friends would like to extend a heart-felt thank you to all of her family and friends during this difficult time. We also urge you to live and love as Connie would have - openly and without abandon. Friends may visit the family on Thursday from 2-7 PM at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd) where services will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday.
