Colleen A. Eckhart

Colleen Ann Eckhart, age 56, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Colleen was born in Toledo on October 22, 1956 to James and Rosemary Spinner Foy. Colleen was a supervisor at the Lucas County Welfare Department for 29 years retiring in 2003. She loved the water and sailing and was a member of the Toledo Sailing Club. Colleen is survived by her son, Kyle J. Eckhart; loving pet, Dudley; mother, Rosemary Foy; Sister, Sandy Dobson; and brother, Jack Foy. She was preceded in death by her father, James Foy; and brother, James Foy. Visitation will be Friday, June 7, 2013 from 6-9:00pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. please note that the funeral home is accessible only from the east during Sylvania Ave. construction.
