Claude P. Sutherland

Claude P. Sutherland, 81, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at his home. Claude was born on September 08, 1937, in Virginia, the son of Clyde and Oma (Johnson) Sutherland. He worked as a laborer for the U.S. Gypsum Co in Port Clinton, until his retirement. Those left to cherish his memory are: Children: Cheryl (Norman) Wamsley, Wade (Cindy) Sutherland, Regina Blair, Chris (Anita) Sutherland and Christy Sutherland; 21 Grandchildren and 28 Great-Grandchildren. Claude was preceded in death by his daughters: Brenda Crowl and Becky Brooks. A Graveside service will be held at 12:30pm, Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton, OH. Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home has assisted the family with arrangements.
