Cindy Blackford Donovan, age 61, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2018 at her home. She was born November 28, 1956 in Toledo. Surviving are her sons, Eric and Cory; beloved grandchildren; siblings, Terry, Jesse, Shari, Mary Beth and Tim. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Jacqueline (Hayward) Blackford; and brothers, Scott and D.J. Cindy was devoted to her family, enjoyed auto racing, fishing and camping. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday., December 1, 2018 in The Chapel of Peace Mausoleum at Toledo Memorial Park, 6382 Monroe St., Sylvania, with interment to follow.
