Chung King Lui

King Chung Lui, a longtime resident of the Toledo/Sylvania area, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Ebeid Hospice Residence in Sylvania. She was 92 years of age. Born in 1925 in Guangzhou (Canton), King was the eldest daughter in the family. Surviving World War II and the most significant economic shift in China, she immigrated to the United States in 1980, became a small business owner and proud U.S. citizen. King will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother, and a strong role model for the family. King was predeceased by her husband, Fat Tim Lui. King is survived by her son, Kenny Lui and wife Lily; daughter Fung Ying Kwong and husband Ho Ping; daughter Feng Qin Lei and husband Guan Ping; daughter Liu Ying Lin and husband Guo Liang; daughter Wui Heung Chen and husband Tse Hao; son Chong Lui and wife Janice; grandchildren, Kenny Lui, Jr. and wife Yaling, Kin Kwong and wife Angela, Jasmine Choi and husband Harvey, Elisabeth Cai and husband Nik, Winnie Cai and husband David, Jun Lin and wife Virginia, Cindy Lin and husband Calvin, Alina Chen, Damon Chen, Olivia Lui and husband Scott, Sophia Lui, and Kelvin Lui; and twelve great grandchildren. Service will be held from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2017 in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Avenue, Toledo. Procession to Toledo Memorial Park and burial will follow.
