Christopher P. Bryan, 48, of Port Clinton, Ohio, passed away on October 17, 2021 at Metro Health Main Campus, in Cleveland, Ohio, following a short illness. He was born on April 6, 1973 in Port Clinton, the son of Paul L. and Marjorie A. (Meacham) Bryan. Chris was a 1991 graduate of Port Clinton High School and earned his associate degree from Owens Technical College, graduating as an ASE Certified Mechanic. He worked as a Chevrolet and Dodge/Chrysler mechanic for many years before moving on U.S. Gypsum for the past 5 years. In May of 1991, at Cedar Point, Chris was set up on a blind date with Monika Bowers who on October 26, 1996, in Tiffin, Ohio, became his loving wife. To this day he and Monika enjoyed going to Cedar Point! Chris was an enthusiast, collector and dealer of farm toys. His favorite to collect was the Allis-Chalmers models. He also looked forward to attending the National Tractor Pulling Championship in Bowling Green and camping with his family and friends. Chris is survived by his wife of 25 years, Monika, his mother, Marjorie Clark, sibling, Ethan Bryan along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul and grandparents. Visitation for Chris will be held from 4:00-7:00 PM, Monday, October 25, 2021, in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 216 Washington St., Port Clinton. A service in celebration of his life will be conducted at 11 AM Tuesday in the funeral home with burial to follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton.
