Christine Marie Fitch

Christine Marie Fitch, 65, of Perrysburg, passed away peacefully Monday, November 4, 2024 at her home with her family by her side. Christine was born July 14, 1959 in Toledo, Ohio to Wayne and Patricia (Gorney) Eisenbrandt. She married Mark Fitch on June 8, 1984 and they shared over 45 years together.

Christine held a passion for the Lord, reading, crocheting, feeding local wildlife, playing video games with the grandchildren, listening to music, sketching, and when the mood was right, an ice-cold beer. Although she enjoyed many things, her family was the most important to her, especially her grandchildren who were the light of her life. Giggling could always be heard when she was with them.

Along with her husband Mark, Christine is survived by her father, Wayne Eisenbrandt, mother, Patricia Shirkey and children; Jason (Briee) Eisenbrandt, Misty (Joseph) Clarke and Sarah Fitch; grandchildren, Madysson, Carsen, Alexandria, Claire, and Samuel; great grandson, Kolt and siblings Wayne Eisenbrandt, Terrence (Christina) Eisenbrandt, Sandra (Jeff) McKamey, Steve Eisenbrandt, Paul Shirkey, Steve Shirkey, Christopher Shirkey, and Adrianne Riedel and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her stepmother, Anne Eisenbrandt.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to all the nurses and doctors at the Toledo Clinic Cancer Center (Maumee, Ohio) for treating her with dignity, respect, and allowing her to fight her battle on her own terms.

Friends and family will be received Monday, November 11, 2024 from 4-7 p.m. at Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) where funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Fort Meigs Union Cemetery.
