Chase Brandon Theodore Worthington, 25, of Rossford, Ohio rode on to heaven unexpectedly on July 29, 2023. He was born in Oregon, Ohio on March 6, 1998 to Julie J. and Raymond A. F. Worthington.
Chase loved spending his time with his little man, family and friends, riding his bike, working one of his many jobs always “Chasing” the $BAG$, and of course blazing it up. He loved to cheer for the Cleveland Browns. Chase (Chaos) was also a proud member of New Force Motorcycle Club.
Chase is living on through his son, Jhase Worthington and Jhase’s mother Aryanna Serio; mother, Julie; father, Tony (Tammy) Worthington; Grandparents Reginald Worthington and Ron (Lori) Duwve, and Diane Polk. Siblings; Tony (Katie) Worthington, Nick (Sonja) Worthington, Sarah (Dylan) Roberts, Rebecca (Dustin) Prater and Brian (Taylor) Pitzen. Many Nieces and Nephews; Liam, Faith, Gabi, Tori, Cassi, Alli, Skylar, Landon, Daxton, Dominic, Grayson, Declan, Remilynn. His beloved pets Shadow (dog) and Jake the Snake.
He was welcomed by his grandparents Sandra Worthington and Albert Polk. Uncle Reginald C. Worthington. Friends; Billy Zeller, Chase Wilks, and Matt Jones.
Friends will be received at Sujkowski Walker Funeral Home, 830 Lime City Rd, Rossford, Ohio 43460 on Saturday, August 5, 2023, from 12:00 pm-6:00 pm with a funeral at 6:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Chase’s name may be made to care for and provide a beautiful future for his son Jhase.
