Charles A. Self, age 55 of Toledo passed on Sunday, April 18,2010 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg, surrounded by his family. He was born April 24, 1954 to Raymond Self and Mary Eckman. Charlie was employed as a supervisor at Toledo Flooring for many years. He is survived by his daughters, Jessica and Shawna Self; 4 grandchildren and longtime companion Jackie Donnell.
