Charles Mincer

May 25, 1955 — October 27, 2025

Charles "Chuck" Kelly Mincer, 70, of Oak Harbor, Ohio, passed away Monday, October 27, 2025, at Edgewood Manor Nursing Home in Port Clinton. He was born on May 25, 1955, in Grundy, Virginia, to Charles and Violet (Dale) Mincer. Chuck graduated from Oak Harbor High School and was self-employed in the construction business for many years.

Chuck had a passion for the open road and loved riding his Harley motorcycle, especially making trips to Sturgis. He enjoyed being outdoors-whether hunting, fishing, boating, or spending time on the lake. Chuck lived life on his own terms and found his greatest joy in time spent with family. He loved taking his grandchildren out to eat and for ice cream, sharing laughter and simple moments together. Family cookouts were a highlight of his life, and his loved ones will dearly miss the daily phone calls, car rides, and conversations that kept them close. Chuck also had a passion for making his own wine.

He is survived by his children, Jeremiah "Jay" Mincer and Melissa (James) Mincer-Williams; grandchildren, Annaliese, Ava, Jaylah, Jayden, and Jayse; and his brother, Ben Mincer. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ed Mincer; and sister, Catherine Mincer.

Cremation will take place under the care of the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Oak Harbor. Memorial contributions in Chuck's memory may be directed to his family. Online condolences may be shared at www.walkerfuneralhomes.com.
