Charles L. Lundy, Jr.

Charlie Lee Lundy, Jr., 83, of Oak Harbor, OH passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021 at his residence. He was born on August 3, 1938 in Coeburn, VA to Charlie Lee and Ruby (Fraley) Lundy. Charlie grew up in Coeburn, VA and attended Wise County Public Schools. He moved to Ohio to begin his job at the Ford Motor Company in Sandusky, OH where he worked for 35 years before retiring in 1994. Charlie enjoyed going to the harness races at Raceway Park in Toledo and the casinos. Charlie is survived by his children, Mark Lundy, Amy Lundy, Tamara Oberdorf, and Diane Dix, grandchildren, Sara & Samantha Lundy, Kaitlyn Rawls & Alexandria Rawls, and several other grandchildren, sister, Patricia Roberson, and several other siblings. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Sandy Braden, and siblings, John Lundy, Joe Lundy, Beatrice Anderson, and Betty Hughes. Visitation for Charlie will be Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 165 E. Water St., Oak Harbor, OH. Graveside committal services will immediately follow at Rusha Cemetery, Carroll Township, OH. Memorial contributions in memory of Charlie may be given in care of the family.
