Charles Joseph Landry

Charles Joseph CJ Landry, 62, of Pemberville, OH passed away suddenly Wednesday, November 19, 2008, in the St. Charles Mercy Medical Center. He had been afflicted with multiple sclerosis for several years. Charles was born September 22, 1946 to Charles S. and Alma A. Wulff Landry, and he was raised in Valley Park, MO. After graduating from Central Missouri State, he taught at Central HS in St. Joseph, MO, Sacred Heart HS in Sedalia, MO, and Pekin HS, Pekin, IL. CJ was an avid automobile racing fan and wrote about the sport for the Toledo Blade the Daily Item Sunbury, PA, and the Sedalia MO Democrat. He is survived by his sister, Frances Michaelree of Mesa, AZ, and his brother, Henry Hank Landry of Columbia, MO. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
