Charles William Koepfer

Charles “Chuck” William Koepfer, age 72, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Monday, May 20, 2024 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg, Ohio. He was born on October 4, 1952 in Toledo, Ohio to Charles and Dorothy (Neumeyer) Koepfer. Known as “Father Time,” Chuck worked for Norfolk Southern Railroad as a locomotive engineer, and also Value City Furniture Store.

Chuck always had the need for speed. He was a proud Chevy fan and enjoyed going to drag races, NASCAR races, car shows, and amusement parks. Chuck also loved to listen to Rock and Roll.

Chuck is survived by his niece, Sarah Damron; nephew, John LeJeune; and brother-in-law, David LeJuene. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Linda LeJeune.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am- 12:00 pm on Friday, May 24, 2024 at the Walker Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel with the funeral services to follow at 12:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the American Lung Association.
