Charles Rowland Johnson

Charles Rowland Johnson, age 80, passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Toledo Hospital. The son of C. Rowland and Helen, he was born March 22, 1940 in Toledo. He attended DeVilbiss High School and received a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. Chuck was local merchant in the furniture and design industry, and spent his career at Johnson’s Fine Furniture. He enjoyed traveling, sailing, art, restoring old houses, and attending the Toledo Symphony. He was a member of Rotary International. He is survived by his sister, Susan J. Anderson, niece Melinda McGill, nephew-in-law Scott McGill and great nephew Joseph McGill. Due to the current health crisis a private graveside will be held.
