Charles "Chase" Chambers, Ii

Charles “Chase” Randel Chambers II, 45, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on August 1, 2022, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Chase was born on June 4, 1977, in Anderson, SC to Charlotte Jo and Charles Chambers.

Chase graduated from St. John’s Jesuit High School in 1995 and Bowling Green State University with a degree in Communications/ Marketing. While at Bowling Green, Chase pledged to Sigma Phi Epsilon where he has been supported by his Brothers and many college friends throughout his cancer journey.

After graduation Chase worked in the communications and marketing field with several companies before his career with Owens Corning as a Senior Logistics Associate. Chase was a devoted friend to many and loved Tennessee Vols football, jet skiing, living at Put-in-Bay with his “second family”, golfing with his neighborhood buddies, and traveling with his family.
Chase is survived by his wife, Brenda; stepdaughter, Erika Dryfuse; parents, Charlotte Jo and Charles Chambers; brother, Paul Chambers; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends who dearly loved him. Chase was welcomed into Heaven by his beloved dogs, Smokey and Pongo.

Visitation will be held at Walker Funeral Home in Toledo, OH on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 3-8:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held at First Baptist Church of Perrysburg on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 11 a.m.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the cancer doctors and medical staff at the University of Michigan Medical Center and Rogel Cancer Center.
