Cathlene L. Cedoz died peacefully on February 2, 2025, at the age of 76. She was born to her parents, John and Edna (Fulcher) Dell on September 3, 1948, and grew up in the Toledo area, graduating from Waite High School. She was not into girly things, but instead was a tom-boy, enjoying the outdoors, fishing, shooting pool and bowling in leagues.
She married Harvey Cedoz and was an amazing wife and mother to her children. Cathy loved to make homemade chicken paprikash, amongst other things and baking from scratch. She sang in the choir at Epiphany of Our Lord-St. Thomas Aquinas and was active in the Women’s Auxiliary at the local VFW Post 4906.
Her love for fishing lasted her entire life. Going fishing with her sister Carol were some of her fondest memories. She always looked forward to spending time with her granddaughter, Annmarie. She called her “great great grandma!” because she was so special to her.
Left to cherish her memory, sons, Anthony (Amber) Cedoz, Steve Cedoz; granddaughter, Annmarie; siblings, Carol (Pete) Baker, David (Marge) Dell, Sherry Hammond and Rosie West; and many other family and friends.
Cathy was preceded by her husband, Harvey Cedoz and her parents.
To honor her wishes, Cathy’s services will be held privately.
