Catherine Ellen Tressler

Catherine Ellen Tressler age 63 of Toledo passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012 in her home. She was born August 8, 1948 in Toledo to Richard and Frances Bowers. Cathy was a retired school bus driver for Anthony Wayne Schools and was also a billing clerk for the former Walker Ambulance Company. Cathy loved playing billiards and traveled to Las Vegas for tournaments. She was also devoted to her family. Preceded in death by her parents; son Anthony; brother Phillip; and sister Helen; she is survived by her husband Jerry; son John; daughter Jamie; daughter-in-law Patty; grandchildren Jerry Robert, Johnnie, Bobby, Cathryn, Krystle, Joshua and Hallee; 10 great grandchildren; sisters Margaret and Kim; brother Rick; niece Jeri Jo and her 3 children and many other nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM where funeral services will be held Monday at 11 AM. Interment will be private.
