Carolyn Sarver

Carolyn Sarver, 80, passed peacefully in her sleep on August 14, 2023, surrounded by family. She was born April 29, 1943, to Clarence and Evelyn Saunders.

Carolyn graduated from Anthony Wayne High School. Her love for riding and showing horses would continue through most of the teenage years. Upon meeting her husband, Dick Sarver, and starting to raise their family, they moved to Florida, and she continued to live there most of her adult life. Upon her return to Toledo, she was a volunteer at Bay Park Hospital and enjoyed gardening, especially her rose bushes.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and brother. She is survived by her son, Richard (Laura) Sarver; daughters, Stephanie, and Tammy; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; three siblings and her former partner, Dick.

The family is eternally grateful for the love and care that was provided by the Manor of Perrysburg, where Carolyn spent the remaining years of her life. Thanks to Charles and Mary so much for your compassion and understanding with these patients. Thanks to Hospice of Northwest Ohio for her final days.
