Carolyn Helen Ray

Carolyn Helen Ray, age 88, of Holland, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at Spring Meadows Senior Community. She was born May 31, 1925 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Fred and Edna Massel Zingg. She married Alvin L. Ray on December 20, 1947 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and he died in February of 1998. Carolyn was a homemaker. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Bob Rozek of Sylvania; grandsons, Marc Emily, Aaron and Justin Kristin Rozek; great-grandchildren, Ethan, Tyler, Claire, Griffin, and Adelyn; special cousin, Ken Fuss; and special nieces, Susan Kittinger and Sandy Freeland. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Donald Zingg. Private funeral services and burial have taken place under the direction of the Walker Family Funeral Home. Memorial contributions in Carolyns name are suggested to Spring Meadows Senior Community or the Toledo Food Bank.
