Carolyn J. Perkins

Carolyn J. Perkins, born in Delta, Ohio in 1936 passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, June 17, 2011 at St. Lukes Hospital. She spent her last 10 working years at Tony Packos where she loved serving the public. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Estella Mead Reckner; husband, Eldred Perk Perkins; siblings, Lily Henderson, Joanne Bill Strickland, Clifford Reckner, Donald Reckner and James Reckner and brothers-in-law, Joe Miles and Benny Abrigo. She is survived by her loving children, Debbie Ignasiak, Robert Tammy Perkins and Gregory Carolyn Perkins; grandchildren, Jessica, Christina Chris, Darien, Alan and Heather; great-grandchildren, Megan, Michael and Cameron; siblings, Doris Richard Dick Mattin, Betty Miles, Virginia Abrigo, Howard Mary Lou Reckner, Dao Reckner and Connie Robert Carroll; and K-9 companion, Princess. The family would like to thank the nursing staff at St. Lukes ICU for their loving care. Family and friends may gather Tuesday, June 21, 2011 from 2-8 pm in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee where a Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday at 7:00 pm. Interment will be private in Winimeg Cemetery.
