Carolyn Mary Fisher, 77, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Monday, June 17, 2013 in her home after a hard fought battle with COPD. Due to her health issues, she finally retired for good, completing her last medical legal brief in November of 2012, after over 50 years in the medical profession. She enjoyed music, dancing, collecting jewelry and cross country excursions on motorcycles. Carolyn is survived by her children James A. Wagner Jill, Karen M. Clifton Tom, Joseph J.
