Carol M Myers

Carol Marie (Kehren) Myers, age 94, of Luckey, Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 24, 2023, at Otterbein Senior Living in Pemberville, following a short illness.

She was born in Ottawa, Illinois on January 21, 1929, to Robert and Elva (Dague) Kehren. Carol was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. She married Lysle "Buzz" Myers on June 19, 1948. Together they raised two children and celebrated 61 years of marriage, until Buzz's passing in 2010.

Carol worked early in her marriage, but for the last 48 years she has been at home, attending family parties and events, working in the yard and laying by her pool. Spending time with family and friends, sharing her signature whiskey sours and a few laughs, always made her day.

She was a very supportive Grandma and enjoyed attending their musicals, sporting events, cheerleading, and concerts. It was her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren that brought her the most joy in life and she was so very proud of them.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her children: Scott Myers and Patricia (Larry) Dean, of Woodville. Grandchildren: Caleb and Adam Myers, Renae Hendricks, Melissa (Frank) Rodkey and Austin (Tori) Dean. Great-grandchildren: Jess, Addalyn and Ruby Hendricks, Ryker, Bronx and Krew Rodkey, and Winnie Dean.

In addition to her husband Buzz, Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Elva Kehren, father and mother-in-law, Victor and Irene Myers, brother and sister-in-law,

Robert and Eleanor Kehren, and brother-in-law and sister, Peter and Shirley (Kehren) Watrol.

Private services will be held at Walker-Sujkowski Funeral Home, Rossford, Ohio. Interment will be at Fort Meigs Cemetery, Perrysburg, Ohio.
