Carol Ann "Terry" Lawson

Carol Ann “Terry” Lawson lost her battle with cancer on April 28, 2025. Terry was born on April 18, 1949 to Louie and Margaret Cousino who preceded her in death along with siblings Annette, Jeannette, Richard, and Eugene. She was also preceded in death by her ex-husband Gilbert Donald Lawson, step-daughter Colleen Bailey, precious Granddaughter Jenna Rae Albright, and her unborn great grandchild, baby Albright.

Terry was a custodian for Toledo Public Schools until she retired. She loved her many cats and treated them like they were her children. She always enjoyed receiving care packages with candy in them and during her healthy years she enjoyed working in her yard, taking care of her flowers, and spending time in the pool. Her family will miss her quirky sense of humor, the way she made everything funny, and talking to her on the phone.

Terry is survived by her loving son Louie W. (Jenifer) Albright, step-daughter Tammy (Jarrod) Hayes, grandsons Louie D. (Kristine) Albright, Tyler Albright, and Henry Hayes, great-grandchildren Lillian and Lincoln Albright, and siblings Avon (Harold) Watson and James “Jimmy” Cousino.

Cremation services were handled by Witzler-Shank-Walker Funeral Home, Perrysburg, Ohio. The family will have a graveside service on Friday, May 16th at Porter Packard Cemetery in Morenci, Michigan at 2:00 pm followed immediately by a luncheon at Morenci Church of the Nazarene.
