Carol May Bower

Carol M. Bower, 88, of Genoa, Ohio died April 19, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on July 19, 1932, the daughter of Thomas and May Donohue. Carol married John C. “Jack” Bower in Genoa on January 18, 1952 and he preceded her in death on April 7, 2001. Carol was a homemaker for most of her life and enjoyed reading and watching classic movies. While she was content to spend her time at home, she enjoyed a close relationship with her granddaughter, Nicole. Carol is survived by her granddaughters, Nicole (Matthew) Kowalski and Danielle (Geoff) Young, great grandchildren, Caitlyn & Carter Kowalski and Olivia Young. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, John W. Bower. There are no services scheduled at this time.
