November 15, 1961 — April 25, 2018
Carmela Costanzo of Sylvania, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 in her home. Surviving are her brothers Angelo and Philip Costanzo; and numerous nieces and nephews. Carmela was a great friend to all and will be dearly missed. Friends may visit the family on Sunday from 5-7 pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey) where funeral services will begin Monday at 9:30 am followed by the funeral mass in St. Josephs Church, Sylvania at 10 AM. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at walkerfuneralhomes.com
